We were traveling from Colorado to New Branunfels when we developed a radiator leak on December 28th in Lubbock. Initially, we were going to rent a car to continue our trip and pick up our truck on the way back to Colorado, but Brandon's "squeezed" us into their shop and assured us the repairs would be done by 3 PM and Brandon's delivered on that promise. In addition, their staff drove us to lunch, while we waited for the repairs to be completed. We enjoyed the balance of our trip without incident due to Brandon's professionalism and prompt service. If I lived in the Lubbock area, Brandon's would unequivocally be my "go-to shop" for auto & truck repairs.
